Bichon rescue
Overbreeding is always an issue with this breed of dog. Sounds like you need to look on the web at the Bichon Frise site http://www.smallpawsrescue.org/ and the AKC, they have a lot of good help out there. Remember to look in your area, but dont limit it to your home base.
