Max a police drug sniffer dog was forced to retire recently because of crippling arthritis, but now he is back rolling again - at least chasing tennis balls - thanks to a new set of wheels provided by his police handlers.
Inspector Anne Higgins, of Tiverton Police in the UK, said: "They have given him freedom - there's no stopping him now. There's nowhere he can't go.
