President Bush might be graciously waving goodbye to the Whitehouse, but Barney the "First Pooch" is obviously miffed at the landslide election victory recorded by Barack Obama. So much so in fact, he decided to bite Reuters reporter Jon Decker who leant down to say hello.
The First Lady’s spokeswoman praised Decker for “being a good sport about it all” and quipped “I think it was Barney’s way of saying he was done with the paparazzi.”
